In order to make the preparation for the event easy and comfortable, we launched a conference portal, where its numerous guests could book accommodation in St. Petersburg and order trips between venues.
We selected the best staff, taking into account every detail: from the hightest service standard to originally designed uniform.
An interesting excursion program, impressive and difficult-to-access venues, diverse gourmet lunches and table settings contributed to pleasant but extremely productive atmosphere of the international forum.
The cocktail setting in front of the Catherine Palace was decorated with flowers, selected by one of the world’s most famous florists.
The highlight of the program was the last gala dinner held in the Great Hall of the Catherine Palace. Opera and ballet artists in original theme costumes performed before the guests.
After the lively concert, the conference participants headed for Cameron Gallery where the evening program took place. Jazz band created a music path that led to the culmination of the evening: specially designed laser show dedicated to peaceful atom energy and spectacular fireworks.
